About the program
A different kind of weight loss program
GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide have changed what is possible for metabolic health. But a prescription alone is not a program.
At Zola Healing CoLab, we provide the clinical infrastructure that makes these medications work over the long term, integrating physician-supervised dosing, regular body composition tracking, and ongoing nutrition support.
This is a structured medical program. We track what the scale cannot tell you, adjust your care as you progress, and have availability both in person and online.
"The goal is not just weight loss. It is preserving muscle, improving metabolic markers, and building the habits that sustain results after the medication has done its work."
Our program combines compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide with monthly nutrition coaching and InBody® body composition scans every 12 weeks.
Medical oversight is provided by Dr. Dawn, NMD.
What sets this program apart
Three things most programs don't offer
01
InBody® Body Composition Scanning
Every 12 weeks, we run an InBody® 270S scan that distinguishes fat mass from lean muscle mass. This matters because GLP-1 medications can cause muscle loss alongside fat loss, and the scale would never show you the difference. We track both so your plan can be adjusted accordingly.
02
Individualized Dose Titration
There is no one-size-fits-all dose. Your physician reviews your response, your labs, your body composition, and your side effect profile at each visit and adjusts accordingly.
03
Integrated Nutrition Coaching
Monthly nutrition coaching is built into every phase of the program. GLP-1 therapy changes appetite, and your nutrition strategy needs to change with it. Our nutritionist works alongside your medical team to optimize protein intake, manage side effects, and build habits that outlast the medication.
