About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), trauma recovery, and integrative mental health. I feel deeply grateful to support adults in their healing, growth, and self-discovery and approach each client with respect for their lived experiences and treatment goals. In my private practice, I offer compassionate, collaborative care for individuals and groups navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, and psychedelic integration.

My approach is grounded in presence, curiosity, and a strong belief in your innate capacity to heal. I create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace—gently processing pain, uncovering patterns, and building resilience and meaning.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, offering Individual Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Low-Dose Ketamine-Assisted EMDR (KA-EMDR), Group KAP, and KAP Intensives. Each offering includes thorough medical screening, preparation, and integration support to ensure safety, clarity, and continuity of care. I work in collaboration with medical providers to support ketamine dosing alongside ongoing therapeutic guidance, helping facilitate deep emotional healing and nervous system regulation.

I also work with clients who want to work with complex trauma, PTSD, acute stress, interpersonal relationship difficulties, depression and anxiety through other modalities including EMDR, Parts Work, Somatic and nervous system based interventions.  My work is holistic and integrative, drawing from  mindfulness, breathwork, tapping techniques, and nature-based healing along with other traditional modalities. I also incorporate insights from neuroscience and social justice frameworks, honoring the full complexity of your lived experience and the systems that shape it.

Finding the right support matters. Working with me feels calm, collaborative, and empowering. Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or deepening work you've already started, I’m here to support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and creating a life that feels meaningful, intentional, and whole.

Professional Background

I earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2014 and began my career in program development, administration, and evaluation. At this time I worked in domestic violence, youth empowerment and suicide prevention, early childhood brain development and affordable housing for individual recovring from substance abuse, living with disabilities, and veterns.  After obtaining my LMSW in 2016, I spent four years in an inpatient hospital setting supporting individuals through acute mental health challenges. I also oversaw a leading tobacco cessation program through the University of Arizona.  I transitioned into working at a group private practice after earning my LCSW in 2020 -2025 where I provided psychotherapy and clinical supervision. During that time, I worked with a multidisciplinary team as Director of a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to develop one of the first KAP programs in Arizona. Here, I developed clinical protocols, Human Resource policy and procedures, trained therapists locally and nationally through PESI Inc. and locally as well as provided supervision in both psychedelic-assisted and traditional therapy modalities. I have facilitated over 600 individual and group KAP sessions, bringing depth and expertise to this specialized work.

Across my career, I have developed and evaluated mental health programs, supervised associate therapists and graduate students, and provided care in diverse clinical settings from community based work, hospital work and private practice.. These experiences shape my integrative, grounded approach to therapy, supervision, and consultation.

Beyond the
Therapy Room

I provide clinical supervision for LPCs and LMSWs who are building and growing their own private practices, offering guidance that is both ethically grounded and aligned with your long-term vision. As an Arizona Board of Behavioral Health–approved supervisor, I am dedicated to helping clinicians create sustainable, values-driven work that supports both their clients and their own well-being.

I also offer consultation for therapists and group practices looking to thoughtfully integrate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy into their services. Whether you’re just beginning to explore this modality or refining an existing offering, I support you in developing safe, effective, and intentional approaches to this work. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy experiential training and consultation for therapists seeking immersive, firsthand understanding of this modality to deepen their clinical practice.

My practice is rooted in a deep commitment to social justice, intersectionality, sustainable living, earth-based medicine, and feminist-informed care—values that shape not only how I work with clients, but how I mentor and collaborate with other clinicians.

I have completed Part A of the MAPS MDMA Therapy Training Program and actively pursue ongoing education in psychedelic-assisted therapy and integrative mental health.
