Individual Ketamine Therapy with Integration Support

(In-Office Psychedelic Experience with Onsite Medical Support — In-Person, Tucson)

Individual ketamine therapy is designed for those seeking a deep, immersive psychedelic experience to address symptoms related to treatment-resistant mental health conditions. Sessions take place in a medical office in Tucson with a licensed therapist and medical provider on-site to support safety and therapeutic depth.

Medical Evaluation & Clearance A partnering medical provider completes a full medical and psychiatric evaluation to determine eligibility, dosing, and safety. The therapist coordinates closely with the provider throughout care. Once cleared, you will be scheduled for your preparation sessions. Preparation Sessions Preparation sessions support readiness and intention-setting for ketamine-assisted therapy. One or more 60-minute sessions help you: - Clarify intentions and therapeutic goals - Learn grounding and surrender-based techniques - Establish trust, safety, and emotional readiness Ketamine Session (In-Office, Tucson) Ketamine is administered via intramuscular injection in a medically supervised setting. Medical Evaluation & Prescription Management A partnering medical provider completes a medical evaluation and oversees prescription management. The provider is not present during therapy sessions. Once cleared, you will be scheduled for preparation sessions, and a copy of your prescription will be required for your health record. Preparation & Readiness Sessions Initial sessions focus on assessing concerns, establishing goals, building stabilization skills, and identifying trauma targets for EMDR processing. All stages of the process—preparation, medicine session, and integration—take place in a group or community environment to enhance collective insight, emotional processing, and validation.

This is done with the guidance of a licensed therapist and medical provider on-site. These sessions allow for profound psychological and emotional exploration, supported by preparation and integration.

Group Therapy offers ongoing support, skill development, and connection with others facing similar challenges. It provides a consistent, supportive environment to build insight and practice interpersonal skills over time.

Medical Evaluation & Clearance Each participant completes a medical evaluation with a partnering provider to determine eligibility and safety. The medical provider oversees dosing and monitoring during group medicine sessions. Group Preparation Session This in-person group session focuses on: - Building trust and rapport - Setting shared intentions - Preparing participants to support one another Group Medicine Session (In-Office, Tucson) The ketamine experience takes place in a medical office with both a therapist and medical provider present to ensure safety, containment, and therapeutic support. Group Integration Session Group integration supports collective processing of insights, emotions, and imagery, strengthening connection and meaning-making. Recommended course: A series of 3 group ketamine sessions, with optional ongoing integration or transition to individual therapy.

Ketamine-assisted therapy intensives are immersive, short-term experiences designed to deepen therapeutic progress through extended, focused work. Intensives may support: - Trauma processing (KAP or KA-EMDR) - Personal development and emotional regulation - Short-term support during acute stress or life transitions What to Expect in a KAP Intensive - Medical evaluation and clearance - In-person preparation and intention-setting - Ketamine session with two therapists and a medical provider present - Structured integration using journaling, art, meditation, and group processing Ongoing support may include additional integration sessions or transition into individual therapy.

*All participants are required to have a medical clearance appointment ($199).  This is good for a year and is waived for established patients who have been seen in the last 12 months.
