Individual Ketamine Therapy with Integration Support
(In-Office Psychedelic Experience with Onsite Medical Support — In-Person, Tucson)
Individual ketamine therapy is designed for those seeking a deep, immersive psychedelic experience to address symptoms related to treatment-resistant mental health conditions. Sessions take place in a medical office in Tucson with a licensed therapist and medical provider on-site to support safety and therapeutic depth.
Medical Evaluation & Clearance A partnering medical provider completes a full medical and psychiatric evaluation to determine eligibility, dosing, and safety. The therapist coordinates closely with the provider throughout care. Once cleared, you will be scheduled for your preparation sessions. Preparation Sessions Preparation sessions support readiness and intention-setting for ketamine-assisted therapy. One or more 60-minute sessions help you: - Clarify intentions and therapeutic goals - Learn grounding and surrender-based techniques - Establish trust, safety, and emotional readiness Ketamine Session (In-Office, Tucson) Ketamine is administered via intramuscular injection in a medically supervised setting. At this dose, clients typically enter a fully immersive, non-ordinary state of consciousness. The therapist provides continuous support throughout the session and prepares for integration afterward. Recommended course: A series of 6 ketamine therapy sessions, spaced to allow reflection and integration. The exact number varies based on individual needs and response. Integration Sessions Within 48–72 hours of each ketamine session, a 50-minute integration session supports: - Making meaning of insights and imagery - Processing emotional or cognitive shifts - Translating experiences into lasting behavioral and relational change

Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™
(KA-EMDR)
(Low-Dose Psycholytic Ketamine + Trauma-Focused EMDR | In-Person or Telehealth)
Low-dose ketamine is combined with EMDR therapy for individuals seeking trauma resolution or targeted memory reprocessing. Unlike high-dose sessions, you remain fully present and engaged, and the medical provider is only involved for evaluation and prescription management.
Medical Evaluation & Prescription Management A partnering medical provider completes a medical evaluation and oversees prescription management. The provider is not present during therapy sessions. Once cleared, you will be scheduled for preparation sessions, and a copy of your prescription will be required for your health record. Preparation & Readiness Sessions Initial sessions focus on assessing concerns, establishing goals, building stabilization skills, and identifying trauma targets for EMDR processing. KA-EMDR Sessions - 90-minute sessions - In-person in Tucson or via telehealth - Low-dose ketamine is self-administered - You remain conscious, oriented, and actively engaged Integration & Re-Evaluation Integration sessions support consolidation of insights, reinforcement of adaptive shifts, and determination of next treatment targets.
